I like this idea for students to be able to collect data and place it on a map. This would be great to show troop movements during wars and also to get an aerial view of the world and how people migrate to new locations. I think this activity shows teachers developing digital age learning experiences and assessments. Also, this shows modeling digital age work and learning. Teachers are using the newest technology to show their students how great it is to learn and be involved with their education.
